Yoga class opens additional space to move our energies beyond our own intentions along a shared direction. Bring a guest, observe what happens.


Yogic breathing fills the bottom of the lungs where blood achieves the maximum oxygen exchange, slowing the breath and requiring less work from the heart. Keeping the body working at an efficient ability also promotes mental health, being less anxious and more in control of our emotions.


When our awareness watches breath intereact with our body, our mind can experience the subtle energy which animates us.

Special attention is given to breathing and mediation throughout each class.


Hatha yoga postures are taught with emphasis on a physical approach to relaxing our mind and invigorating our spirit.
